Sydney Airport, also known as Kingsford-Smith Airport, is the busiest one not only in Australia but in the whole world. The airport is spread across tree terminals and all of them are spacious, so you will have to walk a lot between them.

Sydney Airport has three terminal:

 T1 – International Terminal

 T2 – Domestic Terminal

 T3 – Qantas Domestic Terminal

If you want to avoid long walks between terminals, you can use the T-Bus shuttle service, taxi transfers, or Airport Link train.

 Sydney Airport Parking

Parking is one of the major parts of the airports. At Sydney Airport, there is three parking option and separate car parks for domestic and international passengers. Domestic car parks are close to the T2 and T3 terminals. The International Car Park is opposite to Terminal 1.

The P1 and P2 car parks are for short-stays. Passengers can leave cars in these areas for 0-30 minutes and maximum of 3-24 hours.

Sydney Airport long-term parking

The P3 car park is the best option for those who want to leave their car for an extended period. For long-term parking, there is also the Blu Emu Car Park which is the best budget option for domestic passengers who needs to leave their cars for one day or more.

To make a big saving on parking, it’s better to book parking online in advance. The earlier you book, the cheaper you’ll pay.

Sydney Airport to City

There are two ways to go from Sydney Airport to City: train and taxi. You can find train stations at both international and domestic terminals. It only takes 13 minutes to get to the city center by train. If you use a taxi, it will take 20 minutes to take you to the city.

How much does it cost to get from Sydney Airport to City?

The cost of a train ticket is AUD$18.50 and you can buy it directly at the train station. What about taxis, you can find them outside of every terminal and it will cost you $AUD45 to get to central Sydney.
