The cheaper option to ger from Melbourne Airport to the city is the Skybus. Although It goes directly to MBC in 30-40 minutes like a taxi, it costs AUD$19.70 for one. However, it’s not as comfortable as a taxi. You can buy a Melbourne City Express ticket for Skybus online or also on the ground level of Terminals 1,3 and 4 from red-colored ticket booth.
